Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.

If you are more than 15mins late for an appointment you may have to forfeit your treatment.

24hours notice will be required for all cancellations otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.

Treatment times shown are approximate guides only, as each client receives individual attention to suit her requirements.
